Agreement
By creating an account or using Sticky Invoice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the invoices, estimates, and information you create and send to your clients.
Acceptable use
Use Sticky Invoice for lawful business invoicing only. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send fraudulent or unlawful documents.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free to use. Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed in US$. You can cancel Pro at any time and keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Payments to you from your own customers are handled by third-party providers and go directly to your account.
Service provided as is
We work hard to keep Sticky Invoice reliable, but the service is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis.
