Sticky Invoice is invoicing software for tradespeople and small businesses, built in St. Kitts and Nevis. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account and run your business - your name and contact details, your business profile, and the clients, estimates, and invoices you create. We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the service.
How we use your information
We use your information only to provide and improve Sticky Invoice - to create your account, generate and send your documents, process payments, and support you. We do not use it for anything else.
Payments
Online payments are handled by trusted third-party providers such as PayPal and card processors. Your customers' payments go directly to your own connected account - Sticky Invoice never holds your funds, and we do not store full card numbers.
We never sell your data
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not show ads. Your clients and invoices stay private to you.
Your data is yours
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. If you close your account, we remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
